Privacy Policy

What we collect
We collect the minimum needed to operate the service:
- Files you upload: stored in temporary disk only for processing, deleted within 1 hour
- Account data (if you sign up): email, password hash (bcrypt), plan
- Anonymous usage: aggregate counts via Plausible Analytics (no cookies, no personal IDs)
- Error reports: stack traces and device info via GlitchTip (self-hosted, no file content)
What we do NOT collect
- We do not retain copies of your files after the 1-hour TTL
- We do not train machine-learning models on your content
- We do not sell or share data with advertisers
- We do not use third-party tracking cookies
How long we keep data
- Uploaded files and their outputs: 1 hour
- Account data: until you delete the account
- Aggregated analytics: 12 months
- Error reports (no PII): 90 days
Your rights (GDPR)
EU residents may request access, correction, deletion, or export of their personal data via privacy@pdfty.com. We respond within 30 days. See also our GDPR page.

- Stripe (payments only — billing flows)
