This is the scorecard for the classic game played with five dice and three rolls a turn. The upper section lists ones through sixes with a reminder that you count and add only that number, then the upper total, the 35 point bonus for reaching 63 or more, and the upper total again. The lower section carries three of a kind, four of a kind, full house, small straight, large straight, five of a kind and chance.

Every row prints how it scores next to the category name, so nobody has to remember whether a small straight is worth 30 or 40 or whether a full house counts the dice: four in a row scores 30, five in a row 40, a full house 25, five of a kind 50, and the three-of-a-kind and chance boxes add all five dice. Rows for the extra five-of-a-kind bonus, the lower total and the grand total close the card off.

Choose two player columns for wide boxes or four to cover a whole table on one page. The player name cells and the date are form fields, so a regular group can type the names once and print a run of identical cards. The thirteen scoring boxes are left plain for a pencil, since this is a game where boxes get sacrificed and totals get recalculated.

How to use it

  1. 1

    Choose two or four players

Two columns give wide score boxes; four columns cover a full table on one sheet.

  2. 2

    Type the names

The player name cells and the date are form fields. Fill them in any PDF viewer, or write them by hand after printing.

  3. 3

    Print or fill it in

Print at 100% ("Actual size") so lines and boxes keep their exact spacing, or fill the form fields on screen in any PDF viewer.

  4. 4

    Score thirteen boxes

Each player fills every box once. Add the upper section, claim the 35 bonus at 63, add the lower section, and compare grand totals.

The classic five-dice game played with three rolls a turn and thirteen scoring boxes, the one most families know. The card follows the standard scoring, but it is not published by or connected to any game maker.
Add the ones through sixes boxes. If that total reaches 63, which is three of each number, you score an extra 35 points. The card has a row for it.
Full house 25, small straight 30, large straight 40, five of a kind 50; three of a kind, four of a kind and chance all score the sum of the five dice. Each value is printed on the row.
Only the names and the date are form fields. The score boxes are left for a pencil, because boxes get crossed out and totals get redone.
US Letter if you print in North America, A4 almost everywhere else. The layout is rebuilt for each size, so the sheet fills the page either way instead of leaving a white band down one edge.
