Page one is the timeline. Four weeks before covers the date, the budget, the guest list, the venue, the invitations and the cake. Two weeks before covers chasing replies, planning the menu, ordering decorations and favors and building a playlist. The week of the party covers the final headcount, the shopping and the cleaning. Then the day before, and finally party day itself, down to lighting the candles and starting the music.

Page two is the detail. An 18-row guest list has columns for the name, how many adults, how many kids, an RSVP checkbox and notes on dietary needs, so you can take a real headcount to the caterer. Below it are three write-in lists of 14 lines each: food and drinks, decorations, and supplies or rentals. Those three are what you take to the shop.

The header on page one records the occasion, the date and time, the venue, the guest count and the budget. Everything is fillable: the header, every task checkbox, each cell of the guest table and all the shopping lines. There is also a box for who is helping with what, which is the part people forget to write down. Two pages, US Letter or A4.
