How to add an image to a PDF
Use the Image tool to put a logo on a letter, add a photo to a form or paste in a scanned stamp. The image becomes part of the downloaded PDF.

Step by step
Choose Image
Click Image in the tool rail or press I.
Pick a file
Select a PNG or JPG image from your device.
Click to place it
Click on the page where the image should appear.
Resize and position
Drag the corners to resize it and drag the image to move it.
Tips
- Use a PNG with a transparent background for logos so they sit cleanly on colored pages.
- Very large photos increase the file size. Compress on download if you need a smaller file.
- For signatures, the Signature tool is easier because it saves your signature for reuse.
