How to stamp a PDF

Stamps mark the status of a document at a glance, just like a rubber stamp on paper. Choose a ready-made stamp, add today's date if you like, or create your own wording.

Step by step

  1. Choose Stamp

    Click Stamp in the tool rail or press K.

  2. Pick a stamp

    Choose Approved, Rejected, Draft, Confidential, Paid, Final, Reviewed or Sign here, or create a custom text stamp.

  3. Add the date if needed

    Turn on today's date to print it on the stamp.

  4. Click to place it

    Click on the page where the stamp should go. Select it and press Delete if you placed it in the wrong spot.

Tips

  • Use Sign here to show the recipient exactly where their signature is needed.
  • A custom stamp is useful for repeated wording such as a department name or a reference code.
