How to reorder pages in a PDF

When a scan comes out in the wrong order or you want an appendix at the end, move pages up or down in the Pages tool. The new order is saved when you download.

Step by step

  1. Open the Pages tool

Click Pages in the tool rail or press G.

  2. Select the page to move

Click a page, or tick the checkboxes on several thumbnails to move them together.

  3. Move it

Click Move up or Move down until the page is in the right position.

  4. Check and download

Scroll through the thumbnails to confirm the order, then download.

Tips

  • Use the page number box in the top bar to jump to a page while you check the order.
  • Undo (Ctrl/Cmd+Z) reverses each move.
