How to insert and duplicate pages in a PDF

Need room for extra notes, a cover page or a second copy of a form page? The Pages tool can insert a blank page or duplicate any existing page.

Step by step

  1. Open the Pages tool

Click Pages in the tool rail or press G.

  2. Select a page

Click a page near the spot where the new page should go.

  3. Insert or duplicate

Click Insert blank page to add an empty page, or Duplicate to make a copy of the selected page.

  4. Position and fill it

Use Move up or Move down to adjust its position, then add text, images or a signature to it.

Tips

  • Duplicate is handy for forms where you need the same page filled out twice.
  • A blank page plus Add text makes a quick cover page or notes page.
