Most house plants are watered weekly or less, so a sheet with a column for every day wastes most of its grid. This one gives each plant a box per week: eighteen rows down the page and either thirteen weeks, a quarter at a time with room to write in the boxes, or twenty-six weeks, half a year on one landscape page. Every fourth week is marked with a darker line so you can find roughly where you are without counting.

Each row starts with three columns you fill yourself: the plant, the room it lives in, and how often it wants water. That last column is the one that stops a tracker turning into a drowning schedule — a fern and a cactus share the page but not the habit, and the sheet prints no watering advice of its own.

Tick a box when a plant is watered and put a dot in the corner when you feed it, so one grid carries both without a second sheet. The plant, room and frequency fields are fillable, so you can type the list once and print a fresh grid every quarter. The page is landscape in US Letter or A4, and there is a line at the top for the date week one starts, which is what makes an undated grid readable three months later.
