This is the wide view that a weekly meal planner cannot give you. Thirty-five cells are laid out as a calendar month, seven columns by five rows, each with a small date box at the top left and a multi-line space underneath for the dinner. Reading down a column shows you that Thursday has been pasta for four weeks running; reading across a row shows whether the week is as varied as you thought.
Because you write the date in the box, the same undated sheet works for any month and any year, and you can start the grid on whichever row suits the month. Choose a Monday or Sunday start to match the way you read a calendar, and the day names print across the top. Five rows is enough for any month, including the ones that spill over six calendar weeks, since you decide which square the first of the month lands in.
At the foot are two ruled panels. One is for the dinners this house never turns down, which is the list you reach for when planning stalls on a Sunday evening. The other is for the nights someone else is cooking or nobody is home, so those get planned too, rather than becoming a takeaway by accident. The page prints landscape on US Letter or A4, and every box is a form field, so you can plan on a laptop and pin the printed month to the kitchen wall.
