A monthly budget is too coarse if you are paid weekly or you are trying to get spending under control fast. This landscape sheet gives you a row per category and a column per day, so you record money as it moves and see the week take shape. Two fields at the top hold the week date and your starting balance.
The income table has rows for wages or salary, other income and one blank line, then a Total in row. The spending table below it lists groceries, eating out and coffee, transport and fuel, housing or rent share, utilities and phone, household and cleaning, health and pharmacy, childcare and school, shopping and clothes, fun and hobbies, savings transfer and other, with a blank row and a Total out row at the foot. Each table ends in a right-hand Total column, and every day and total header is right-aligned with no currency symbol.
Under the tables, four lines record the week's total income, total spending, what was left over and how much you moved into savings. Choose a Monday start or a Sunday start to match the way your week runs. Every cell is a form field, so the planner works equally well printed on the fridge or saved as one file per week.
