Money goals get vague when they all sit in one list, so this worksheet splits them by how far away they are. Three blocks of five rows cover short term under one year, medium term from one to five years, and long term beyond five years. Each row asks for the goal, the amount needed, the target date, the amount to put away each month, where the money is being kept and how much is saved so far.

Writing the monthly figure next to every goal is what makes the sheet honest: add the column up and compare it with the amount you can actually save each month, which has its own field at the top of the page. If the total is bigger, something has to move to a later date or a smaller target, and it is better to find that out on paper than six months in.

The bottom of the page carries a box headed "The goal that matters most right now", with lines underneath for the first step, the date you will take it by, and when you will review the whole sheet again. The money columns are right-aligned with no currency symbol, so the worksheet suits any country. All fifteen rows and every field are fillable, so you can keep it on a computer and update it each quarter.

Fifteen in all: five short term, five medium and five long term, plus the priority box at the bottom. That is more than most people can work on at once.
Yes. Every row, the two header fields and the priority box at the bottom are form fields, so you can fill it in on a computer and save a copy each time you review it.
No. Divide the amount still needed by the number of months until the target date and write the figure in; there are no formulas in the PDF, which keeps it opening everywhere.
The account or pot the money is actually in: an instant-access savings account, a cash envelope, a pension, an investment account. It makes the plan real and stops two goals quietly sharing one balance.
Any. No currency symbol is printed in the amount, monthly or saved columns.
