Pick the slot length and the sheet changes shape. At 30 minutes you get 28 rows down one wide column, each about 24 points tall with plenty of room for an appointment and a name. At 15 minutes you get 56 slots arranged as two columns, the first seven hours on the left and the second seven on the right, so the whole day still fits on one page without shrinking the writing space.
Either way the sheet covers fourteen hours from the start time you choose: 6 am, 7 am or 8 am. Times are printed on every row, the top of each hour is set in darker bold type with a heavier rule beneath it, and the half and quarter hours stay light, so your eye finds 2 pm without counting rows.
Each slot is a fillable text field, which makes this useful as a shared day sheet: type the bookings, print it, and hand it over. It is a single page with no colour blocks beyond the header strip, laid out separately for US Letter and A4 so neither version needs scaling at the printer. Nothing on the page is dated, so the same file serves every day of the year.
