Printable Monthly Planner (Free PDF)

This is a month grid built for writing in, not for reading dates off. Six rows of seven cells cover any month in any year, each cell roughly 75 by 80 points with a small marked space for the date in the top corner and the rest left open for appointments, deadlines, birthdays or shifts. Because it is undated you can print the same sheet in January and in August, and it suits a four-week or a six-week month equally.

The right-hand third is what a plain wall calendar does not give you: six checkbox lines for the month's goals, a ruled panel for the focus or theme you are holding to, and a tall ruled notes area for everything that has no date yet. Together they turn the grid from a record of what is happening into a plan for what you intend.

Choose whether the week starts on Monday or on Sunday before you download. The day numbers, the month and year, every day cell and all three side panels are form fields, so you can build the month on screen and print it finished, or print it blank and fill it in with a pen. The grid lines are thin gray so a pen or a highlighter stays the loudest thing on the sheet, and the whole page is vector, which means it stays sharp whether you print it at home or send it to a copy shop.
