A paper planner usually gives the week two facing pages. This sheet puts the same layout on one landscape page: seven tall day columns, each with the day name printed, a date field under it and about thirty ruled lines below that, with the Saturday and Sunday columns lightly shaded so the weekend is obvious. The columns are narrow on purpose, the way a real weekly spread is, which keeps each day to the handful of things that will actually happen.

The right-hand panel carries the three things a day column cannot hold. Five checkbox lines for the week's priorities at the top. Under them a habit grid: five habit rows crossed by the seven days, with a checkbox in every cell, so you tick as the week goes rather than reconstructing it on Sunday. At the foot a ruled notes and brain dump box for everything with no day attached yet.

It is undated, so the same file works for any week of any year; you type or write the dates in the seven header fields. Sixty-six form fields in all, including every day column, so you can plan on screen and print the finished week, or print it blank and use a pen. Choose a Monday or a Sunday start, and pick US Letter or A4; both are drawn to fill the page in landscape.

The Weekly Planner is portrait with eight boxes in two columns, one per day plus notes. This sheet is landscape with seven tall day columns side by side and a panel of priorities, habits and notes, which is how a printed planner spread looks.
No. The day names are printed and each column has an empty date field, so one file covers every week of the year.
About thirty ruled lines per column on US Letter, plus a date line in the header. A4 is wider and slightly shorter in landscape, so its columns are a little broader and one line shorter.
Name up to five habits down the left and tick the box under each day you keep one. It is a weekly strip; for a whole month at once use the Habit Tracker template.
