Each page holds 24 multiplication problems in four columns of six. The two factors are stacked with a multiplication sign and a rule under them, which is how products are written out in most classrooms, and there is clear space under the rule for the answer. A name, date and score line sits at the top, with a one-line reminder of what to do under the title.
The factor range decides how hard the page is. Factors 1 to 6 suit the first year of tables, 1 to 9 covers the full set of single-digit facts, and 1 to 12 takes in the elevens and twelves. The numbers are generated from the options you pick and never change, so every copy of the same sheet has the same 24 problems and a class can all work from identical pages.
Every problem has a form field under the rule, so the sheet can also be filled in on a computer or tablet. Choose worksheet plus answer key and the PDF comes as two pages: the worksheet, then the same 24 problems with each product printed in red for marking. Print at 100% on US Letter or A4 and the four columns keep their spacing.
